跨铁路斜拉桥转体施工设计

摘    要:拟建桥梁为一座跨铁路单索面斜拉桥,孔跨布置2×100 m,采用转体施工方法施工,转体质量为164 000 kN。文章介绍了该斜拉桥转体系统中上转盘、下转盘、球铰、转体牵引系统及转体施工步骤。本桥采用单点支撑的球铰及嵌入式四氟滑板等施工工艺,经过计算确定转体牵引力及转体设备,能够解决转体大质量桥梁的转体难题。

Abstract:The proposed bridge is a single cable plane cable-stayed bridge across the railway,whose span arrangement is 2×100 m,and will be constructed by totation construction method,the swivel quality is 164 000 kN.This paper introduces the swivel system of bridge construct,including turntable,the ball hinge,the traction system and the swivel construction procedure.This bridge is supported by the single ball hinge,swung on the embedded four fluorine boards and construction procedures like these.The designers can determine the tractive force and select the right equipment.These researches are able to solve the sweivel problem of a big quality bridge.
