高职院校人才引进工作机制研究

摘    要:文章论述了高校做好人才引进工作的要点,指出:高职院校必须科学规划,使人才引进工作与学校发展、专业建设相适应;创造良好的软环境;要引进人才更要留住人才;建立科学的人才测评体系与人才考核档案,保证人才质量;提供足够的科研经费,完善奖励机制,改善整体科研环境;建立健全沟通渠道和机制,使学校的发展和个人的发展有机结合,形成共同愿景。

Abstract:The article expounds the points how to improve talent introducing in higher vocational colleges, including, working out the scientific plan to let the talent introduction keep up with the development of colleges and subjects' construction; creating the good soft environment in order to do talent reservation better; establishing the scientific talent assessment system and the related files so as to ensure talents' quality; providing enough research funds and perfacting the encouragement mechanism and the overall research environment; improving the comnmnication channel and mechanism in order to connect with the colleges' development and individuals' development.
