| Abstract: | The Mainland and Hong Kong has reached the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement. Under this background, strengthening finance cooperation can effectively promote economic development of both regions. Starting with the legal framework of financial cooperation between the Mainland and Hong Kong, this paper focuses on the present conditions and main issues of the financial cooperation, and makes suggestions on the policies and legal measures to promote financial cooperation. |
