| 摘 要： | 第三方物流作为现代物流的一种高级运作模式，在近几年的发展过程中展现了独特的魅力和强劲的发展势头,具有巨大的发展潜力和广阔的发展前景。由于我国第三方物流业起步较晚，整体水平还比较低，不同省市和地区的发展水平也存在较大的差距。文章从福建省第三方物流发展的现状入手，深入挖掘和分析存在的主要问题，并提出相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | As a new and advanced operating mode of modern logistics, TPL demonstrates unique charm and strong development momentum in recent years and has huge development potential and broad development prospect. As TPL industry started late, the overall level of development is still relatively low and the levels of development in different regions differ a lot from each other. In this paper, we discuss from the present development situation of the TPL in Fujian province, analyze the major problems and give the corresponding countermeasures. |
