| 摘 要： | 城市主导产业是区域经济发展的主要源泉，是区域产业现代化的航标。以2002年秦皇岛市投入产出表为基础，根据主导产业的选择基准，建立反映产业发展综合能力的指标体系，经过筛选、综合评定再到后续分析的过程，最终确定出“十五”期间秦皇岛市的主导产业群，并对主导产业群的优化提出对策。
