The Financial Supports to the Job Recreation of the Laid off Workers

The job recreation of laid off workers is abviously an important part of the project of re employment,but often been neglected by us,This article focuses on how to enhance the financial support on the laid offs.It also analyzes the difficulties in such support.In this article,the authors divide the job recreation into two periods:initial period and mature period.According to the different requirements of the job creation's periods.The authors also demonstrate the financial support of each period according to their peculiarities.In the initial period,the support and protection policy is emphasised.In the mature period, the free competitions and market rules are advocated.The anthors put forward the new idea that a bank should be established in the initial period.The principles of such banks are: combination of fund supports and profession guide;the influence of financial instruments on the aided choice;the closed operation of the fund.
