| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆建设是包括数字技术、信息存储技术、数据库技术、网络安全技术在内的基础技术建设。随着人们对信息社会的进一步认识，以及计算机与数字化技术的发展必将给传统图书馆带来巨大影响，只有掌握现代化信息技术，具备较好业务素质的复合型馆员，才能适应数字化图书馆的工作。
