| 摘 要： | 由于中小企业与家族企业在相当大程度上是吻合的,这使得创业投资与家族企业存在着必然联系。家族企业在转型过程孕育了对创业资本的需求,而创业投资则加速了家族企业的转型,此外国有企业M BO过程与创业资本的结合,则强化了民营企业的家族控制。

| Abstract: | The medium and small-sized enterprises largely inosculate with family business,which necessarily relates the venture capital industry to family business.The transition process of family business brings the demand of the venture capital,and in turn,the venture capital investments accelerate the transition of family business.Besides,the combination of MBO process in state-owned enterprises and the venture capital investment strengthens the controlling right of family on private enterprise. |
