Although Japanese enterprises had realized their rapid economic growth by the way of that distinguish from Europe and America. By the end of 20th century, its growth showed weakness. The trump card in the growing period have become an obstacle in the new situation. Combining the characteristics of knowledge economic and Japanese enterprises, the author hold the opinion that the cross shareholding, main banking system, and management structure obstruct its development. It would be useful for China to grasp the common rules under the different social system.
