| 摘 要： | 坐视与纵容网络舆论暴力化的结果,就是没有人能成为赢家。2008年11月19日,西城区检察院批准警方逮捕北京千橡集团副总裁刘韧,原因是其涉嫌敲诈勒索罪。警方材料显示,刘韧及其手下曾编写诋毁"奇虎360安全卫士"杀毒软件的负面文章以及针对该软件公司老总个人的负面消息,并以删除文章为名,向该软件所属公司索取人民币23万元。
