摘    要:随着全球经济一体化及信息技术的飞速发展,越来越多的企业将自己不擅长的业务外包,从而在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势地位。目前,大多数人力资源管理部门正在通过业务外包来达到提高效率、增强企业核心竞争力的目的。本文从外包的定义出发,探讨了人力资源管理外包的概念、内容,并比较了国内外企业人力资源外包的方式,分析了人力资源管理外包的优势和作用.从五个方面详细探讨了人力资源管理外包的过程和步骤。

Abstract:As global economic integration and the rapid development of information technology,more and more enterprises outsource business they are not good at,and achieve a superior position in the market filled with fierce competition.At present,most human resource management outsourcing is being taken for the purpose of achieving greater efficiency and enhancing core competence.Starting from the definition of outsourcing,this paper defines the concept of the outsourcing of human resources management,and compares the different way of using human resources outsourcing between domestic and foreign enterprises,analyzes the advantages of the management of human resources outsourcing,discusses the process and steps of human resource management outsourcing from five aspects in detail.
