摘    要:在深化职业教育教学改革的繁重任务面前,努力造就一支高素质的双师型师资队伍是中国职业教育发展的重要课题之一。本文通过借鉴国外职业教育师资培养模式所取得的成功经验,结合目前中国职业院校"双师型"教师培养的实际问题,提出"3+2+3模式",即以政、校、企三方合作为背景,针对专兼职两类教师进行换位、联合、升华三段递进的"双师"教师培养模式,并对于该模式的具体操作提出了一些初步的构想。

Abstract:Before the heavy tasks of deepening the reform of vocational education,creating a teaching team with high-quality and dual-qualified teachers is an important issue of the development of vocational education.Through referring to successful experiences of foreign vocational education teacher training model and combined with the practical problem of cultivating dual-qualified teachers in vocational colleges in China,this paper raises "3 +2 +3 pattern",that is to say,under the background of politics,schools,enterprises tripartite cooperation,aiming specialized and part-time two kinds of teachers conduct a cultivating model of conversion,joint,sublimation,three sections progressive dual-qualified teachers,and puts forward some initial ideas of the specific operation for the model.
