| 摘 要： | 实施素质教育是培养创新人才的关键。本文采用理论与实际相结合的原则，对素质教育的实施展开了讨论，其主要内容有：实施素质教育重在对创新人才的培养，要实现由“应试教育”向全面素质教育的转变，重在更新教育观念，改革考试方法和提高教师素质。
