| 摘 要： | 用胃肠炎病原菌培养基在夏冬两季选择7个室外、2个室内测点测定空气中胃肠炎病原菌含量.结果表明,夏冬两季空气胃肠炎病原菌检出率均为100%,其室外的平均含量分别为628.8和2919.4CFU/m3.夏天的室内空气胃肠炎病原菌含量大于冬天,夏天室内大体上均高于室外值.分析了它们的时空分布状态,说明与人群聚散、污染状况密切相关,而与气温关系不大.

| Abstract: | The content of pathogenic bacteria causing was determined by using the culturemedium for this kind of bacteria in the air from 7 outdoor and 2 indoor sampling sites,above Qingdao during summer and winter seasons.The result obtmned shows that:the detection percentage of the bacteria was 100% during the two seasons.Its outdoor average contents during summer and winterwere 628.8 and 2919.4CFU/m3 respectively.The indoor cont in summer than the winter and the indoor content was higher than the outdoor one during the summer, but the outdoor content during the winter washigher than one during the summer.Its time domain distributional state was analyzed and illustrated that it had close relation to the gathering and dispersion of the multitude and condition of poilution,but had not very close relation with the determining air temperature. |
