| 摘 要： | 随着重庆市城乡综合配套改革实验的加速推进,农民工养老保险体制应适应城乡统筹发展这一发展趋势.<重庆市农民工养老保险试行办法>实现了一定的制度创新,但仍有不足,需要以社会保障城乡统筹发展为思路进一步健全农民工养老保险制度.

| Abstract: | With accelerating the reform experiment of Chongqing overall urban-rural development, the endowment insurance system of peasant-worker should accord with the trend of overall urban-rural development. Proposed Chongqing Peasant-Worker Endowment Irrsurance Method realizes certain institutional innovation, but still has shortcomings and needs to be further perfected based on overall urban-rural development idea. |
