| 摘 要： | 在企业的变革过程中 ,企业文化起着阻碍或促进的作用。越是成功的企业其强烈的企业文化越需要定期进行检查 ,否则容易成为企业变革的桎梏。如果企业所要解决的问题与企业文化变革有关 ,那么变革企业文化将成为企业变革成功与否的关键。不同的企业文化对企业的变革起着不同的作用。

| Abstract: | Enterprise culture will play a resistible or promotional effect on it during the process of enterprise changing.It will be the hinder of the enterprise changing if the enterpriseis more success and its culture need not to be check at the fixed date. It will be the key of success or defeat of enterprise changing if the problemto resolve is relevent to enterprise culture. Different enterprise culture take different effect on enterprise changing.
