| Abstract: | To solve the problems in collecting water resources fee in Datong County,this article proposes a series of suggestions as follows: raise public awareness on the importance of water resources fee collection by publicizing,negotiating and communicating with the relevant departments actively,installing the measuring instrument adequately,improving the qualities of water resources fee-collectors by training. |
