| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前临港产业区发展状况,基于产业联动理论,探讨了以"港城联动"为推动,以产业联动来规划,以发展战略为牵引的临港产业区发展模式。同时以此对秦皇岛临港产业区现状进行了相应分析,并针对的提出了加强秦皇岛"港城联动"效应,延伸和完善临港产业区内部产业链以及战略横向协作,重点优先发展高端装备制造业的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the current development problem of China’s port industry areas,based on the industry cooperation theory,this paper puts forward the development model of port industry areas that is promoted by "interaction between port and city",programmed by industry cooperation,and directed by development strategy.Meanwhile,apply the derived development model to conduct correspondent analysis over Qinhuangdao’s port industry areas,and present the proposal for strengthening Qinhuangdao’s "interaction between port and city" effect,extending and improving the industry chain and strategic horizontal collaboration,and focusing on developing high-end equipment manufacturing. |
