高职教师职业情感的调查与研究

摘    要:面对社会的多重要求与教师自身的实际情况,教师的职业压力不断加剧,教师的职业倦怠也随之加大。文章以"职业情感"为切入点,分析高职教师专业发展中存在的问题及原因,探索教师职业情感的培养策略。以激发教师职业情感,树立正确的职业观。

Abstract:In face of the multiple requirements of society and actual situation of the teachers,the teacher professional pressure increases,so does the job Burnout of teachers increases.Taking "professional characters" as the breakthrough point,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and reasons,and explores the training strategies of teacher’s professional emotions,to motivate teachers’ professional characters and establish the correct view career.
