| 摘 要： | 本文对陕北民俗体育的特征、功能、价值意义以及在我省高校开展现状进行了调查研究。通过整理分析,发现将陕北民俗体育引入高校教学对于促进学生身心健康、增强学生对民俗体育的认识、增强社会适应能力都有着重要而积极地意义,同时对我省民俗体育的继承与发扬有着积极地推动作用。

| Abstract: | This paper studied the features,functionality,value of North Shaanxi folk sports and the status quo of its development in colleges and universities of our province.By defragmenting analysis,and found that introducing the North Shaanxi folk sports into colleges and universities could promote physical and mental health of students,enhance students’ awareness of the folk sports,and enhance the ability of social adaptation,while have a positive role in inheriting and carrying forward of folk sports in our province. |
