| 摘 要： | 本文从现代医学人才培养要求、当前存在问题和教育管理模式创新方面深入探讨了课外学分认定在医科院校人才培养中的重要作用,并根据医科院校人才培养特点和学分制教学管理模式的内涵,以昆明医学院为例,对医科院校实行课外学分管理进行了理性思考和实践探索。

| Abstract: | This paper studies extracurricular credit system’s key role in medical colleges talent cultivating in terms of modern medical talents cultivation,the existing problems and educational management model innovation.Properties of medical colleges’ talent cultivation and meaning of the credit teaching management mode are discussed.At last,taking Kunming Medical College for example,considerations and practices are given on medical colleges’ implementation of extracurricular credit management. |
