摘    要:本文阐述了人体静电产生的原理以及对电子设备正常使用、人影作业弹药安全存储、进行人工影响天气作业时产生的危害,针对基层人影作业点的实际需求和现场条件,利用防雷电接地技术,因地制宜的重点介绍了人影作业点防静电装置设计与实现的技术方法。

Abstract:This paper described the principles how body static electricity generate and the harms which are generated while electronic devices are in use,ammunition in storage and weather modification operation are carried out.It mainly introduced the design and implementation method of the anti-static device used in weather modification operating point,by using of grounding techniques,on the basis of the actual demands of users.
