| Abstract: | Modern information technologies applied to the process of physical education can change the teaching effect.The integration of modern information technology and physical education not only enriches teaching methods,also can realize dynamic exchange of information between teacher and students in the process of teaching,and then achieve the purpose of optimizing environment of physical education and improving teaching quality. |
