| 摘 要： | 运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,建立环保投入效率评价指标体系模型,并在此基础上分别分析了全国28个省市自治区2009年的废水、废气及环境污染综合治理投入效率。研究表明,我国区域环境污染综合治理的整体水平比较高,但是废气的处理效率除了几个地区效率较高之外,其他地区效率都非常低,废气处理效率仍然需要提上日程。

| Abstract: | A model for the index system of environmental protection input efficiency was established by using data envelopment analysis(DEA) method.The environmental protection input efficiency of main pollutants such as wastewater and waste gas and comprehensive governance of pollution for 28 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions of China for the year of 2009 were separately analyzed.The analytical results show that the overall level of regional comprehensive governance of pollution in China is relatively high,but waste gas processing efficiency is very low except higher efficiency in several areas.Therefore,the waste gas processing efficiency still need to put on the agenda. |
