低损失二次张拉锚具的使用

摘    要:重庆外环高速公路水土嘉陵江特大桥为T型刚构施工,主跨245m,边跨138.5m,0#块高为15.3m,设计竖向预应力束及0#块横隔板内的横向预应力束均采用低损失二次张拉锚具(OHM锚固体系)。低应力损失二次张拉锚具可以有效地消除夹片回缩而产生的应力损失,降低张拉回缩量,减少锚下应力损失。

Abstract:Jialingjiang River extra large bridge in the outer ring expressway of Chongqing belongs to t-shape rigid frame construction,the main span is 245m,the side span is 138.5m and the height of 0# block is 15.3m.In the design of vertical prestress beams and transverse prestress beams in 0# block diaphragm,we need to use secondary anchorage stretch with low loss(anchorage system of OHM).The secondary anchorage stretch with low stress loss can effectively eliminate the stress loss caused by dlip retraction and reduce anchoring stress loss.
