| 摘 要： | GB50500-2008《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》已于2008年12月1号开始实行,它首次提出了招标控制价的概念,并对招标控制价做出了相应的规定。文章就招标控制价的确定方法、存在的缺陷以及解决的措施进行探讨和研究。
