| 摘 要： | 本文对我国社会体育指导员的发展状况进行分析,并阐述了社会体育指导员对社区体育发展有着积极的影响,从而建议要加强社会体育指导员的培养,提高社会体育指导员的基本素质,完善社会体育指导员制度建设,建立社会体育指导员的表彰激励机制等,以期能更好地为社区体育的发展做出最大贡献。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the development of China’s social sports instructors,and describes the impact of social sports instructor on community sports development,and recommends to strengthen the training of the social sports instructor,to improve the basic quality of social sports instructors,improve the system of social sports instructors and establish incentive mechanisms of social sports instructors to better serve the development of community sports. |
