| 摘 要： | 小孔加工长久以来一直是钳工孔的加工领域的难点内容。由于钻头本身的缺陷和小孔钻头特有的切削特性,在小孔加工过程中会出拍屑不畅、温度过高、容易折断等诸多问题,针对此类问题总结小孔加工中常见的方法和注意事项。通过解析可以让学习者更好的了解和掌握小孔的钻孔方法,从而更好的服务于实践生产。

| Abstract: | Hole processing has been the difficulty of hole processing for fitter.As the defect of bit and its cutting characteristics,in the machining process,unsmooth chip removal,high temperature,easy wreckage etc.would take.In view of these problems,the article summarizes the common methods and cautions in hole processing.Through the analysis,we can make learners better understand and master the hole drilling method,so as to better serve the practical production. |
