| 摘 要： | 实施国库集中支付改革以来,给科研事业单位的财务管理产生了多方面的正面效应,但也带来了一些新问题。本文从实施国库集中支付以来的积极作用与现存问题的改进与完善两方面提出一些建议,以求进一步加强和提高科研事业单位的财务管理水平。

| Abstract: | Since the implementation of a centralized treasury payment reform,it has various positive effects on the financial management of research institutions,but also brought some new problems.Based on the status quo of the implementation of a centralized treasury payment reform and problems existing in it,the article puts forward the measures on its improvement and enhancement for further enhancing and improving the level of the financial management of research institutions. |
