| 摘 要： | 高校大学城物业管理作为一个新型的物业管理领域,物业化管理在带来一定好处的同时存在一系列的问题。针对我国高校大学城物业管理的特殊性,单纯引入外来物业管理公司进行管理必然存在弊端,如何利用物业对高校学生的管理与思想政治教育是现在的问题焦点。
