摘    要:随着现代计算机技术的高速发展,CAD/CAM等计算机辅助设计方法得到了普遍的应用。这些设计方法不但提高了设计速度,而且设计出来的产品更加可靠美观,大大提高产品的竞争力。卡盘是一种广泛应用的车床夹具,是机床中传递力与运动的重要部件。在设计过程中,首先,选定气动卡盘工作原理方案。其次,进行卡盘的结构设计。最后,使用Solidworks软件建立零件的实体模型,生成了装配体模型。

Abstract:With the rapid development of modern computer technology,Computer-Aided Design is commonly used in CAD/CAM.The design methods and tools not only promote the design efficiency,but also make design results more reliable and greatly improve product competitiveness.The chuck is a kind of lathe fixture applied widely that is the key component for force and motion transmission.In the paper,chuck design process is described.Firstly,the principle of the chuck is selected and verified.Secondly,its structural design scheme is determined according to its principle.Finally,the models of the chuck components are built in SolidWorks in order to realize virtual assembly.
