高校学生管理中社会工作价值冲突理论的运用及个案分析

摘    要:高校社会工作在主体身份、价值伦理和工作方法上,有别于思想政治工作、心理咨询和一般的社区工作,是一项充满价值取向的事业。高校社会工作者在运用专业方法进行社会工作实务时,必然涉及"应当如何"的主观愿望,而作为服务对象的大学生也会有自己的态度,这就产生了价值矛盾与价值选择。因此高校社会工作者在介入工作时,必须有一套专业价值理念,以便对判断是非和采取行动提供可靠的价值准则。

Abstract:Social work of college is different from ideological and political work,psychological counseling and general community work in subject identity,value ethics and methods of work,and is a career with full of values.Social workers of colleges and universities inevitably involve subjective wishes i.e."how it should be" when conducting social work practice by using professional methods,college students as service objects also have their own attitude,and then produces value contradictions and the value choice.Therefore,social workers of colleges and universities must have a professional value idea so as to provide reliable value standard for judging right and wrong and taking action.
