| 摘 要： | 螺杆泵作为一种容积式泵适用于输送高粘度原油,运转稳定,工作效率较高。但在过去的几年中,某一油气勘探开发公司的原油外输管道系统的双螺杆泵故障不断,严重影响了正常的原油外输作业。通过对一起双螺杆泵螺旋套断裂失效事故的深入调查分析,力图找出事故发生的根本原因,同时,给出了避免类似事故发生的建议措施。

| Abstract: | Screw pump as a kind of displacement pump is suitable for transporting high-viscosity crude oil in a stable operation and high working efficiency.But over the past few years,one CNPC oil company in Sudan has suffered a lot from screw pump failures which have greatly impacted the company normal crude oil pipeline transportation.By a detailed investigation into the shaft failure incident,several causes and contributive issues are reviewed and their likelihood explained.Finally,a root cause analysis is conducted and come to the corresponding countermeasures.The subsequent engineering practice demonstrates the proposed countermeasures are able to promote pump safety operation. |
