| 摘 要： | 我国医疗保险制度不断发展和完善,在解决群众"看病难、看病贵"的问题上发挥了重要作用,然而,长期以来中国城乡分割的医疗保障制度并没能发挥其促进社会公平的作用,因此,必须从根本上改革长期以来形成的城乡严重不平等的社会制度。

| Abstract: | China′s medical insurance system constantly develops and improves,which plays an important role in being difficult and expensive to see a doctor for the masses.However,China′s medical insurance system for the of urban-rural separation does not promote social equity for a long time,therefore,we must fundamentally reform the social system of urban-rural inequality. |
