| 摘 要： | 建筑材料供应商选择是集成化建筑供应链管理的重要环节,也是一个多目标决策问题。为了充分考虑定量和定性目标,减少人为干扰,使决策结果更科学、合理,作者提出了运用半结构化模糊决策方法选择供应商的模型,分别给出了对于定量和定性目标的决策方法。经过实例分析,结果证明该模型有助于解决此决策问题。

| Abstract: | Construction supplier selection is an important link in integrated construction supply chain(CSC),and also is a decision-making of multi-objectives.To consider qualitative objectives and quantitative objectives and make the results more reasonable,the author puts forward a model to choose the best supplier by applying semi-structural decision-making and presents methods for both qualitative objectives and quantitative objectives,which avoids the effect of subjective factor in a certain degree.Finally,example is included and it proves that the model will be helpful to solve the problems involving in the decision-making. |
