基于高职学生创新能力培养的社团模式的探索与实践

以促进学生全面发展为目的,以创新的精神、创新的理念、创新的思维、创新的方法为核心,培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质专门技术人才,是高职教育的核心任务之一。同时,针对当前对高职高专学生就业能力的需求,以及对高职高专学校培养人才的方向,培养学生创新能力也显得尤为重要。本文阐述了以社团模式进行学生创新能力培养所做的探索与实践,展示了社团的组织、实践及成果。

Exploration and Practice of Vocational College Students Association Model Based on Cultivation of Innovative Ability

In order to promote the comprehensive development of students,taking the spirit of innovation,innovative ideas,innovative thinking,innovative method as the core,the development of high-quality specialized technical personnel with innovative spirit and innovative ability is one of the core tasks of higher vocational education.At the same time,in view of the current situation of the demand of the higher vocational students’ employment ability,as well as the personnel training direction of higher vocational school,cultivating students’ innovation ability is particularly important.This paper expounds the exploration and practice about college student association model based on the cultivation of innovative ability,and shows the society’s organization,practice and achievement.
