| Abstract: | This article made a preliminary analysis on strengthening the construction and management of affordable housing in views of government′s macro-control on real estate market,and pointed out the shortcomings of policy of economically affordable housing once again in current system,so as to create a more harmonious social environment through strengthening the standardized management of the construction of affordable housing. |
