| 摘 要： | 素质教育是以全面提高人的素质为目的,以培训学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,造就"有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律"的德智体美全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人。本文根据天津城市建设管理职业技术学院的实施经验提出了若干切实可行的建议。

| Abstract: | Quality-oriented education takes overall improving people’s quality as the target,focuses on training students’ innovative spirit and practical ability,trains builders of and successors to the cause of socialism with lofty ideals,integrity,knowledge and a strong sense of discipline.According to the experimental experience of Tianjin Urban Construction Management Vocational and Technical College,the article puts forward feasible suggestions. |
