石油高校创新型专业技能人才培养体系建设研究

石油高校肩负着培养石油专业技能人才的重任,特别是满足国家能源战略人才需求,培养具有创新意识、创新精神和创新能力的专业技能人才,构建具有石油特色的培养教育体系,需要对创新型专业技能人才的内涵与特征进行很好的研究。建立良好的石油校园文化,转变教学方式,形成结构优化、结合紧密的教学体系,丰富创新能力实践载体,建立科学的人才评价系统等是构建具有石油特色的创新型专业技能人才的关键因素。

The Research on Establishment of the System of Cultivating Professional-skilled Innovative Talents in Petroleum Universities

Petroleum universities have been granted the important mission to educate petroleum specialized talents,especially the task to satisfy the needs of talents required by national energy strategy,to foster professionalized students with innovation consciousness,innovative spirit and innovation ability.It is appealed to conduct discreet research on connotation and features of professional skilled innovatory talents to build an education system with petroleum characteristics.To train innovative specialized talents,we have to focus on the following key points: first,to promote optimized petroleum campus culture;second,to transform teaching pattern;third,to form structure optimized,closely integrated teaching system;fourth,to enrich practice carrier with innovation ability;fifth,to establish scientific talents evaluation system.
