模糊综合评价在水利水电工程外观质量评定中的应用

摘    要:水利水电工程外观质量评定对单位工程施工质量等级有较大影响。本文在分析传统工程外观质量评定方法优缺点的基础上,考虑到部分评价指标具有模糊性的特点而提出采用模糊综合评价方法对其进行评价,并重新设计出与此方法相适应的单位工程施工质量评定标准。文章最后用案例证明该方法是有效的和可靠的。

Abstract:Quality of appearance assessment in water resources and hydropower projects has a great impact on unit project construction quality grade.In the beginning of this paper,on the basis of analyzing advantages and disadvantages of traditional project quality assessment methods,as well as some evaluating indicators have the characteristic of fuzziness,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed to assess the exterior quality in water resources and hydropower projects.Following by this,the unit project construction quality grade standard is redesigned to adapt to this method.In the last section,a case is used to demonstrate effectiveness and reliability of the method.
