校企合作订单培养模式浅析

随着社会的进步与发展,社会要求学校不应该总是用统一的模式培养人才,这就为教育体制的改革提出了新的课题。目前,一些具有实力的企业为了得到合适自己企业的工作人员,也希望能与学校联合培养定制人才,所以就出现了"订单培养"模式。本文分析了"订单培养"模式的特点与早期运作中出现的问题,并提出了解决实际培养中存在问题的办法。
