| 摘 要： | 随着我国高校向一流大学迈进步伐的加快,科学研究越来越受到人们的重视。为了有效的利用科研资源,避免重复性建设,科研团队的培养迫在眉睫。本文主要分析了当前高校科研团队建设中存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的解决对策。

| Abstract: | As the speeding pace of China’s colleges and universities turning to top universities,scientific research draws more and more attention of people.In order to effectively use scientific research resources,avoid construction of duplication,it is urgent to develop scientific research staff.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in current scientific research staff construction in the university,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
