| 摘 要： | 独立学院的教学质量是独立学院教学改革的核心问题,而独立学院的师资队伍中外聘教师占较大比例,确保外聘教师的教学质量是非常关键的问题。文章从独立学院外聘教师实际教学情况入手,深入分析存在问题的原因,以"以人为本、奖罚分明"为指导思想,完善外聘教师教学质量的监控体系,为独立学院提升人才培养质量奠定良好的基础。

| Abstract: | The core of teaching reform of independent colleges is the teaching quality.As the external teachers in independent college accounts for a large proportion,the control of their teaching quality is difficult.Starting from the actual teaching situation of external teachers of independent college,the article analyzes the problems existing in it,guided by "people-oriented,keep strictly the rules for reward and punishment",improve the teaching quality monitoring system of external teachers,lays foundation for enhancing talent training quality. |
