| 摘 要： | 以辽宁省为例,利用2006年对彰武、北票的农户调查数据,采用实证分析的方法,描述了退耕还林后续产业在当地的发展情况,及其对农民收入结构产生的影响。阐述了产业规模小、产业链条短,资金投入不足,科技支撑薄弱,基础设施建设滞后,政策依赖性强等问题,对后续产业的经济可持续性进行了分析;并在最后提出了加大产业规模,延长产业链条,完善资金投入机制,建立科技支撑机制,完善后续产业政策,完善后续保障机制等政策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Using data from a 2006 rural household survey in Liaoning Province,by the method of experimental analyses,the article described the development of the follow-up industry and the impact on the farmers,structure of the income.Elaborated the small industrial scale and short industrial chain,the insufficient fund investment,the weak technical strut,the lag of infrastructure,the strong dependence on government problems and so on,analyzed the economic sustainability of the follow-up industry.At last put forward enlarging industrial scale,lengthening industrial chain,consummating investment mechanism,establishing the technical strut mechanism,consummating following industrial policy and safety mechanism. |
