| 摘 要： | 当前,依法治档还存在力度不够、制度不健全等问题。要推进依法治档,档案部门必须加大《档案法》宣传力度,营造良好的档案工作氛围,完善档案约束机制以及做好档案执法队伍建设等工作,档案管理才能真正做到有法可依、有法必依、执法必严。

| Abstract: | At present,there are problems like insufficient strength and incomplete system in archives management according to law.We should manage archives according to law.Archive department should publicize < The Archives Law>,create good archive working atmosphere,complete archive restraining mechanism and build archive law executor.Based on that,archive management there could be laws to go by,the laws to be observed and strictly enforced,and lawbreakers to be prosecuted. |
