| 摘 要： | 文章根据北京市城市的性质、定位与发展的目标,对北京市的土地资源承栽力进行了研究,并以全新的视角对北京市土地资源承栽力的综合评价指标体系进行了设计与应用,进而为促进北京市人口、资源、环境与经济协调发展,提出了一系列政策建议.
