| Abstract: | Applying the principle of Systems engineering to analyse the risks facing construction enterprises during the bidding phase,focusing on the risk analysis of evaluating methods and contract,and striving to explore the underlying structure of the system,and on that basis measures of construction enterprises to deal with risks were put forward in different circumstances. |
