我国应急物资储备优化问题初探

2008年5月汶川地震的发生再次暴露出了我国在应急物资储备中存在的物资储备代储点少、容量小、管理粗放等问题、、目前全国兴起了新一轮物资储备库建设，文章指出在新的物资储备库建设中，必须避免盲目兴建，将应急物资储备库的建设作为应急物流响应中的重要组成部分，借鉴现代物流发展成果以及供应链管理的成功经验对应急物资储备库进行设计和规划，物资储备库的运营中，也必须进行科学的组织和管理，实现应急储备科学化，使应急物资流通更加便捷和高效。

An Analyze on Optimization of Relief Inventory in China

The severe earthquake in Wenchuan exposed inherent weaknesses in China's relief storage such as shortness in inventory and backwardness of management.And now there begins a new round of construction of relief warehouse.This thesis points out that we must avoid blind constructions.Also it suggest that the building of relief warehouse be seen as an important part of relief logistics,be scientifically planned,designed and managed so that we can accelerate the speed of relief transportation.
