试论秘书写作的“双重主体性”

秘书写作是公务写作。一份文件的制发,执笔起草人是个体的人,而承担社会责任的署名是依法成立的机关、组织,这就形成了秘书写作的双重主体。双重主体之间的关系是执笔作者为法定作者＂立言＂．法定作者通过执笔作者＂立言＂。执笔作者处于＂代言人＂地位．扮演＂遵命写作＂的角色。执笔作者和法定作者既有对立,又有统一．是一种对立统一的关系。认识其对立的一面,可使秘书坚持定位原则,明确自己的辅助地位和代言人角色．做好领导者的参谋与助手。认识双重主体相联系的一面,可使秘书在此基础上;经过长期的努力．实现双重主体认识上的同步和表达上的高度协调一致．更好地为法定作者服务．
