开放条件下的区域人口承载力

在开放条件下 ,根据区内人均粮食产量来测算区域人口承载量在较小的区域层次上没有意义 ,也与香港、新加坡等区域的实际情况不符。提出了开放条件下以收入和就业为中心的区域人口承载力分析框架。

Regional Population Carrying Capacity under Open Conditions

How much population can a region support sustainablly in realistic commodity exchange conditions? The former appraisement of regional capacity which only consider land resources and grain yields in the region is not consistent with real world such as the situations of Hong Kong and Singapore. Any substance can't form limitation condition to population carrying capacity of a region if only the region has purchase power to buy it.So,purchase power,further,labor demand of a region takes a pain pole in determining its population carrying capacity. Under real open conditions, regional carrying capacity is related to regional natural resources and environment base, its location in larger space, its cumulated assets and human capitals.
